I got this recipe from Pull&Pour but it was originally from No Sleep Roastery. I don't know if I followed the procedures correctly, however it turned out pretty well.

Recipe

Brewer: V60

Coffee: 15g

Ice: 75g

Water: 150g

Temp.: 95.5°C

Grind size: Medium fine

Procedure:

1. Rinse the filter, remove the water, and gently add the ice in the server.

2. Add the coffee grounds and add 30g of water to bloom the coffee. (0:00-0:20)

3. Add 70g quickly with a center-focused pour. (0:30-1:00)

4. Add 50g slowly in a circular pour.(1:15-1:45)

5. Finish at 2:30; swirl and serve over ice.

Enjoy brewing!
