My Story

When I was in college, one of my subjects as a Food Technology student is Sensory Evaluation. It's one of my fave subjects because it's like playing with your senses and you got to know the food itself. You can use it for quality control purposes and some other things. Because of my fascination, it brought me to the coffee industry! I can apply the knowledge through "Cupping", it's a way to know your coffee preference. I love cupping because I got the chance to evaluate types of coffee from different places and roasters. It's like magic that every coffee has this distinct flavor depending on where it came from and the process it went through from farm to cup. I hope I would be working on coffee science which focuses on Philippine coffees.😄☕
